POLITIQUES DE RÉSERVATION/BOOKING POLICIES ENGLISH MESSAGE FOLLOWS En achetant un forfait de 55 séances (50 payées + 5 gratuites), vous acceptez les conditions de ce contrat. RESPONSABILITÉS DU CLIENT : Soyez ponctuel, gérez les sessions via le système de réservation en ligne, et notez la date d'expiration du forfait (15 mois à partir de la date de la première séance). Terminez toutes les séances de coaching dans le délai spécifié. AVERTISSEMENT LÉGAL : Je ne suis pas praticienne en santé mentale. En tant que Coach MAP, je suis pleinement à vos côtés, offrant soutien émotionnel. SÉANCES DE COACHING : En ligne via Zoom, sessions de 120 minutes. Rappel automatique avant chaque séance. RÉSILIATION : Avis écrit 48 h avant la prochaine séance. Séances payées non utilisées (gratuites exclues) remboursées sous 28 jours, moins les frais de traitement. ANNULATION : Préavis d'au moins 24 heures, sinon ceci entraîne la perte d'une séance. En cas d'annulation de ma part, nouvelle date en fonction des disponibilités. ARRIVÉES TARDIVES ET ABSENCES : Arrivées tardives concluent à l'heure prévue. Si absence ou retard de 15 minutes et plus : rendez-vous annulé et ceci entraîne la perte d'une séance. DROITS DES TIERS : Seules les parties à ce contrat peuvent faire respecter les termes. Mise à jour : 10-2025. ENGLISH By purchasing a 55-session package (50 paid and 5 free), you agree to the terms of this contract. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Arrive on time, manage sessions through the online booking system, and be aware that the package expires 15 months from the date of the first session. Complete all coaching sessions within the specified timeframe. LEGAL DISCLAIMER: I am not a mental health practitioner. As your MAP Coach, I fully support you emotionally. COACHING SESSIONS: Online via Zoom, sessions are 120 minutes long. The automated system sends reminders before each session. TERMINATION: Written notice 48 hrs before the next session. Unused paid sessions (free ones excluded) refunded within 28 days, minus processing fees. CANCELLATION: Notice of at least 24 hours is required; otherwise, it results in the loss of a session. If I cancel, we'll reschedule based on availability. LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS: Late arrivals conclude at the scheduled hour. If no-show or arriving 15+ minutes late: canceling the appointment and forfeiting a session. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS: Only parties to this contract can enforce its terms. Updated: 10-2025.
